In general, we like to try and keep our lead times to within two weeks if we can, depending on the time of year – less if the job is critical. So, we are pretty prompt.
However, at the same time, we try to be as flexible as possible. So if you want to book in advance to tie in with other contractors, this is also possible.
The entire process is quick because in general we do not even need to see you in person, or look at the stump, to be able to provide you with a free quotation. We can do this over the phone, WhatsApp or by email in minutes if we know the diameter of the stump, its height above ground level and a description of the access to it.
